Our platform provides a comprehensive property history view, displaying all jobs associated with a property. Additionally, you can search for jobs by address or tenant details, making property and job search quick and efficient.
Pricelist Management
Create and manage different pricelists for various head contractors and DHS areas with ease. This feature ensures accurate pricing for each client and project type, reducing errors in pricing and billing.
Invoicing and Reporting
Generate invoices for completed jobs effortlessly and submit job completion data to head contractors automatically. This transparent process allows contractors to see which jobs have been completed and the actual work performed. The system also includes built-in rules to avoid invoicing errors. Furthermore, you can export invoices to popular accounting software like MYOB™, Quickbooks™, and Xero™ and generate reports for job tracking and financial analysis.
Communication and Reporting with Head Contractors
The system facilitates seamless communication with head contractors, including the ability to create and respond to sub-contractor write-backs. You can also record timesheets and sub-contractor invoices against jobs, making it easier to manage and compensate your workforce. Data from timesheets and invoices can be seamlessly transferred for job completion and invoicing. Additionally, export sub-contractor invoices to popular accounting software.
Mobile Application
Our HROTTrade mobile application empowers you to manage jobs and communication on the go. Access job details, assign tasks, and stay connected with employees and sub-contractors, ensuring that your operations are not confined to the office. Monitor job progress, view reports, and make informed decisions anytime, anywhere.
HROTCloud Lite – allows you to print all jobs received from your head contractors with a single click, or if you want to use mobile devices, you can distribute jobs automatically to them on a postcode-by-postcode basis. It does not allow tracking of individual jobs to employees, and you would only be able to run overdue jobs reports for your entire company.
HROTCloud (Full Version) – this version requires a member of your staff to allocate jobs to employees as they are received from your head contractor, at which point you can then print out the jobs or send them to a mobile device (tablet or phone). This then allows you to track who is holding what jobs, run overdue reports by employee, and enables some other advanced features.
HROTTrade is our Android based app for tablets or phones that links with HROTCloud Lite and HROTCloud and is designed for tradespeople to use on site to complete jobs, take photos, record notes and responses to contractor memos etc.
